DITEC RETURNS POLICY

    • The device must be purchased directly from Ditec Mobile's official website or authorized retail partners.
    • The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition of the Device:

    • The device must be in its original condition, undamaged, and without any signs of misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
    • All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included in the return.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting information.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization and instructions for shipping the device back to us.
    • Please ensure that the device is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Refund Options:

    • Upon receiving the returned device and verifying its condition, we will process the refund.
    • You will have the option to choose between a full refund of the device's purchase price or store credit towards another Ditec Mobile product.
  5. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • In case of a change of mind or any other non-manufacturer related reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Refund Timeframe:

    • Once the return is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
    • The refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
